Job Description:
As a Call Centre Agent, you will provide prompt and efficient support via phone and email, ensure smooth daily operations, manage supplies, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role offers the chance to make a real impact while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and route incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
- Communicate professionally and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Monitor customer devices remotely, respond to alerts, and order supplies when needed.
- Place and manage supply orders efficiently and on time.
- Respond promptly to customer emails regarding supply orders and deliveries.
- Prepare and send quotations for supplies to customers.
- Notify customers of communication issues with remote management system and escalate to the Works Controller when necessary.
- Assist with collecting meter readings for customer machines.
- Update customers’ contact details and machine locations.
- Perform routine clerical and administrative duties to support office functions.
Candidate skills knowledge and abilities:
- Previous experience in a technical support or field technician role
- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude
- Good working knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office
- Basic to intermediate networking knowledge
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical faults independently
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Fluent in both Maltese and English
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Valid driving licence
