Job Description:

As a Call Centre Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting them with queries, issues, and service requests related to their machines. You’ll also play a key role in coordinating duties with our Works Controller and Installations Team Manager to ensure smooth operations for our Service Engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries and service needs.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience using strong listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
• Log service calls into the system and track progress.
• Effectively resolve escalations and direct urgent issues to the right team.
• Maintain constant communication with clients, ensuring their needs are prioritized.
• Assist the Works Controller with workflow coordination.

Candidate skills knowledge and abilities:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Fluent in both Maltese & English languages
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (CRM software knowledge is an advantage).
• A service-oriented mindset with a willingness to go the extra mile.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is an asset (but not required — full training will be provided).
